MEET OLIVER TELLO, PT, DPT

Oliver A. Tello attended Hunter College and graduated with a double major in Biology and Psychology in 1999 while working as a physical therapy assistant since 1996.

Mr. Tello continued his education at Mercy College Graduate program for Physical Therapy in Dobbs Ferry, NY. He earned honors throughout his three years in graduate school and received a dual degree of Bachelors of Science and Masters in Physical Therapy in 2002.

Mr. Tello has an extensive background in manual therapy throughout his career. He practices manipulation techniques of McKenzie, Mulligan and Butler for his nerve gliding techniques. He worked and was mentored by manual therapy guru Jack Weinstock, PT for several years. Mr. Tello is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and specializes in the rehabilitation of shoulders, elbows, hips, knees and ankles. He has completed post-graduate training in kinesio taping techniques, sacroiliac dysfunctions, myofascial release and rehabilitation of young athletes, as well as athletes at the professional level. His complete and extensive background makes Mr. Tello one of the top physical therapists in our region.
